Since Infinity Watch deals in imported wrist watches, minor variations may occur in:

Delivery timelines are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.

11. Order Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.

Customers should provide accurate contact details so they can receive delivery and tracking updates.

12. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Email address

  • Delivery address

  • PIN code

Infinity Watch may not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

13. 7-Day Return Policy

Infinity Watch provides a 7-Day Return Policy.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product should generally be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Undamaged

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Complete with accessories, tags, manuals, and warranty materials supplied with the product

Products that have been worn, damaged, scratched, altered, resized, or used may not be eligible for return.

All returned products are subject to quality inspection and approval.

14. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

After verification, we may provide an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.

15. Refunds

  • An agreed bank account or UPI method where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be required to provide valid UPI or bank details.

After a refund is processed, the time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on the customer's bank, card provider, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

16. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

After delivery, eligible requests will be handled under our 7-Day Return Policy.
